Our preferred method of payment is PayPal we also accept cash, check and money order.  

Cash: Cash is only accepted for in-person appointments and will be collected during appointment.

Checks and Money Orders: Checks and Money Orders can be made out to Dr.Bernard Bloom and mailed to:
